Versa

Revanesse® Versa is hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance that is found within the body. It may be produced by bacteria and purified for use as injectable soft tissue filler in order to correct the appearance of facial wrinkles and creases, (nasolabial folds). The product is approved for use in the U.S. by the Food and Drug Administration for the cosmetic treatment of facial wrinkles and creases.

NovaThreads

NovaThreads are small, hypodermic needles that come preloaded with polydioxanone (PDO) absorbable sutures. When fully inserted into and removed from the subdermal layer of the skin, they leave behind their sutures. The sutures stimulate a sort of controlled heating and repair process beneath the skin. This heating makes the body naturally create new collagen in an effort to repair itself, creating a younger, lifted, restored look. Over the next four to six months, the sutures naturally absorb into the body and don’t leave you with any scar tissue afterwards. All you’re left with is an improved appearance. NovaThreads can be inserted anywhere, but they are especially effective in the lower third of the face, like the neck and the jawline.

There are two types of NovaThreads: NuMesh and NuLift. NuMesh involves a sort of mesh net that gets inserted through two vertical and three horizontal sutures. It creates a new foundation for collagen growth, tightening the skin from within over time. NuLift, on the other hand, works a little more dramatically by creating grips beneath the skin that can be pulled in different directions to instantly reposition the skin. In either procedure, the goal is to stimulate new collagen growth and create a lifted, youthful appearance for the face.

Mid Face Lift

The surgeon hides incisions in the hairline above the ear to access the fat pad over the cheekbones. This sags with age to create hollowed out eyes and deeper smile lines (also known as nasolabial folds). This can be done in conjunction with a face lift and or brow lift to create a harmonious facial rejuvenation.

Restylane®

The body naturally produces hyaluronic acid that adds volume and smoothness to skin. Restylane® is a hyaluronic acid gel that can be used to treat moderate facial wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds (lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth), filling and smoothing the skin. Treatments typically last for about six months and can also be applied to the lips, cheeks, jowls, and other sagging facial skin.

Fat Transfer

A fat transfer, or fat injections, involves moving fat from one region of the body and re-injecting or implanting it into another. This procedure can be done with a syringe, liposuction, or even surgically. The transferred fat can be used to enhance facial features, including the lips, repair and smooth aged hands, and more. Usually the fat is taken from the lower stomach, the inner thighs, or the inner knees. Initially the area may appear swollen but after some time the excess fat is reabsorbed and the body takes on its new improved shape. Fat injections generally have long lasting results.

DeepFX™

What is DeepFX?

Deep FX is a revolutionary fractional laser technology for aged, sun-damaged or scarred skin. The low-downtime procedure uses fractional CO2 laser microbeams to precisely target the deep dermal layers of the skin. This stimulates a cascade of healing responses that leads to tissue regeneration and new collagen formation throughout the entire treatment area. And because only a fraction of the skin is actually touched by the laser, healing time can be limited to just a few days.

Deep FX results Deep FX produces a dramatic effect on the skin:

  • Improves wrinkles, scars and folds
  • Noticeably improves skin tone and texture
  • Stimulates new collagen formation and plumps the skin

Benefits of DeepFX

  • Results in a single treatment
  • Minimal downtime
  • Improves scars, wrinkles and texture
  • Deep dermal stimulation
  • Dramatic results

How does DeepFX work?

DeepFX procedures involve treating only a fraction of the skin’s surface, leaving bridges of untouched skin to aid in the regeneration process. Each laser pulse removes a narrow column of tissue while simultaneously treating surrounding skin. This deep heating causes immediate collagen contraction and long-term collagen remodeling. The result is softening and smoothing of wrinkles and scars, and improved skin texture.

A high-energy laser beam is applied in a fractional pattern over the surface of the treatment area, leaving areas of untouched skin to promote quicker healing.

DeepFX is typically performed in a physician’s office and lasts for about 20 minutes. Your doctor may use an anesthetic cream prior to treatment to aid with comfort.

Where can DeepFX be used?

DeepFX is commonly used on the face, around the lips, for crows feet, the neck, upper chest, hands and arms. Ask your doctor if DeepFX is right for you.

Who can get a DeepFX treatment?

DeepFX is safe for most people; however it shouldn’t be used if you have taken Accutane™ in the past 12 months, have a history of keloid formation, have a history of poor wound healing, or demonstrate excessive or unusually prolonged erythema, hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation upon laser test patching.

Profound RF

Profound is a new, energy-based facial treatment designed to turn back the clock on your face. It works by stimulating your body’s own natural collagen-building systems in just one single short, in-office treatment. As a result, it boosts elasticity in a way that makes aging skin look years younger. For patients who are noticing signs of skin sagging, wrinkling or other age-related damage, Profound makes a world of difference.

Is Profound right for you?

Profound is an ideal treatment option if you:

  • Want to reduce the signs of facial skin aging
  • Have sagging skin, especially around the jowls and cheeks
  • Do not have a history of poor skin healing

Profound works well on patients with all skin types and pigments. It is not an option for pregnant women or patients with pacemakers or defibrillators.

What can you expect in treatment?

Your Profound treatment will take less than 45 minutes to complete from beginning to end. You’ll receive local anesthetic beforehand, so the entire procedure is quick and comfortable. During treatment, the system heats your skin at deep layers in a controlled, precise way that stimulates new collagen production. Because it delivers the heating energy right where it’s most beneficial, you’re able to reap the greatest benefits.

Benefits of Profound

Profound smooths out and adds elasticity to your facial skin in a way that takes years off your appearance—in fact, clinical studies have shown a 100% response rate for wrinkles and a 95% response rate for skin laxity. Here are some key benefits:

  • Lifts sagging jowls and loose skin on the neck
  • Redefines the jawline
  • Minimizes the look of a double chin
  • Treats areas of loose skin
  • Works in just one single treatment
  • Requires no surgery, fillers or toxins

Results from Profound continue to improve after treatment. If you’re interested in learning more about the smoothing, age-defying power of Profound, talk to our team.

Brow Lift

Over time, wrinkles and creases naturally form over the forehead. These occur as the skin stretches and the brows sag. A heavy brow can make the upper lids appear “saggy” as well. Some patients with heavy upper lids also have a saggy brow. A browlift or “forehead lift” elevates the brow and creates a younger more attractive face and eyes.

Endoscopic Brow Lift

The browlift is often performed endoscopically with three small incisions behind the hairline. The advantage of this approach is minimal scarring, and shorter recovery time. Please contact our office so we may help you determine which procedure is the best fit for you.

Facelift

As we age, for natural reasons our bodies shows signs of aging. These signs can manifest as sagging in the mid-face area, folds or creases in the lower eyelids, facial jowls, and loose skin. Loose skin under the jaw can make a person of healthy weight appear to have a double chin. While rejuvenation procedures can reduce the effects of aging over time, a surgical facelift is highly effective to improve the visible effects of aging in both the face and neck. Candidacy for surgery is considered on an individual basis, but if you are in overall good health physically, facelift surgery may be a good option for you.

A facelift is known medically as a “rhytidectomy.” There are many kinds of facelifts, and patients may be misled into thinking that all they need is a “mini” or “SMAS tightening” facelift. However, it is important to recognize the fact that the world’s top facelift surgeons do not perform this type of lift. It is also important to realize that the incisions used on these facelifts are the same as for the deep plane facelift.

Although Dr. Fisher was taught how to do a SMAS lift during his surgical residency, he realized the limitations and inconsistent results inherent with this technique. Four years ago, he began to learn the extended deep plane face and neck lift used by the top facelift surgeons in Manhattan and Beverly Hills. He studied the associated journal articles, videos, and textbooks while observing some of the most well-known surgeons perform them.

Dr. Fisher’s deep plane facelift results over the past three years speak for themselves. The deep plane face lift includes a midface lift. Buccal fat pad reduction and cheek contouring may also be performed if indicated during the deep plane facelift. An extended temporal brow lift can also be performed at the same time to treat the upper face and brow.

For patients only wishing to have excess neck skin removed and improved contour in that area, a deep plane neck life with Profound RF treatment may be an option.

A Liquid Facelift can be performed by using filler such as Radiesse. (Before/after picture are the 2 from the bottom)

A Mid-Face Lift can also be performed.
